Social "Notes"
Who would have guessed it. Social networking, social lending, social "notes" investing. Have yet to determine risk. The idea of investing $25 @ 20% is feasible as well as creating a allocated matrix including lower rates and hopefully safer returns. The sites founders are mathematicians. Learn more about them.
I will begin investing in $25 increments. Each loan is for 3 years and 4 days. As my benchmark to degree of margin is based on my CD system. Higher returns is realistic yet only time will tell .
Invest for 3 years and 4 days. 1107 days = $26,675 at $25. This would be more interesting at a $100 investment per day. Will do test for 30 days, then continue investing until I can get $3100 in each trust member. As I write, continue the model of investing $3100 in 31 days.
Question, when does interest begin accruing as a daily strategy may prove to be hard as the time to loan funding is not known.
Strategy, look for the investment whereby they are close to funding and only require a few $100's to initiate funding and interested start.
