Naked in the Garden
Putting it all out there for everyone to see,
Risking my safety yet feeling so free.
Presenting my art, calling it to perform,
Taking all chances as I dazzle and charm.
Planting my seeds as I dangle furlong,
For who soweth in the day shall be blessed fortnight.
As long as one comes in loving to address my plight,
Naked in the garden I rise, new Adam,
Bringing knew thought yet any has fathom.
In the openness, I find my strength,
A creative embankment that knows no length.
With vulnerability as my shield,
I cultivate my dreams in this fertile field.
The garden of ideas, a sacrificial space,
Where courage and creativity interlace.
With each new Sun, a fresh start,
Nurturing the art that springs from my heart.
