The Ride
Every broken clock is right twice a day,
I guess that's the best to start this play.
Starting from the bottom, how far up is the top?
Appreciating life is a precious game,
Yet wondering why I am still here all the same.
Looking to the heavens for guidance and strength,
Stealing God's fire for holding my at length.
Being his son, holding my will,
Lifting my hands to be fulfilled.
In the trials and tribulations, I find my way,
Seeking purpose in every passing day.
With faith as my anchor and hope as my guide,
I navigate life's tides, far and wide.
For in each moment, a lesson learned,
In every challenge, strength is earned.
Living my life with heart and soul,
Striving towards my ultimate goal.
The path may be winding, the climb may be steep,
Yet with each step forward, I sow what I reap.
Grateful for the ride, the highs and the lows,
In this quest for fulfillment, my spirit grows.
