A Grateful Stand

 

Come into the world I stand,  

Looking to feel the land.  

Forever grateful for all attracting to thee,  

Being faithful to the most high I.  

Enjoying the journey, yet my taste is yearning,  

Opening eyes, you see a wonderful surprise.

The earth beneath, the heavens wide,  

I stand with gratitude in hand,  

Drawing close what life has planned.

Faithful to the highest call,  

I trust in the source that guides it all.  

The path ahead, both near and far,  

Is lit by the light of a guiding star.

And as my eyes open wide,  

The world reveals what's been inside.  

A surprise so wondrous, pure and bright,  

A gift of love, a shining light.
