The Start of the New Era.

The Start of the New Era. My energy, thoughts, and intended direction is self directed again. My first attempt at building my first business, with my brother, I knew not what to expect. I retired from my job of employment only to struggle financially, emotionally, and mentally as I did not want to fail. In 4 years time, we were able to build a business generating at its height $400k a year. From such humble beginnings that was created. I started with nothing, except the will and my IRA that I earned from working which we went through quite quickly. As I venture out on my own again, what have I learned and where am I starting. I began building Empty Pail 4 years ago while I was in Atlanta, GA. After learning of recycling I ramped up very quickly and decided to move home to build. Upon moving home I continued to learn and study the art of recycling and partnership. Instead of quitting my job so willy nilly this time, I planned my exit and kept the bridge open just in case.
