Intellectual technology is at the current leading edge of the human phenomenon. It may be a bit before its time at the moment, but will soon enough become the process by which all contradictions are expeditiously resolved. Without the key part of the puzzle identified by effective questioning, the technology does not exist. There is yet no social process to teach young people how to ask effective questions. And every institution thwarts that knowledge by not teaching it and by evading every such question discovered by chance.
