Posing for Love
Would you pose for a picture
And act being filmed in a moving reel way?
For the gift of love in exploring each other's will,
I adjust the wheel, allowing my fingers to till.
For the ideas growing purer in mental mine, loving me,
As gentle abundance flows into thee.
---
In the frame of life, we stand so still,
Yet the reel of time moves by our will.
Each pose a moment, a silent play,
Capturing love, in a unique way.
With every adjustment, the wheel turns slow,
Guided by hands that surely know.
The tilling of thoughts, the planting of seeds,
Nurturing dreams, fulfilling needs.
The mental mine, where ideas refine,
Loving the self, a treasure divine.
In the flow of abundance, gentle and true,
We find the essence of me and you.

This chapter beautifully captures the idea of love as both a still moment and a continuous journey. The imagery of posing for a picture, adjusting the wheel, and tilling the mental soil creates a vivid metaphor for the careful nurturing of love and ideas. The chapter emphasizes the importance of intentionality in relationships and personal growth, making it a tender and thoughtful addition to my poetic journey.
