YOU CAN FORGIVE SIN - Neville Goddard March 23 ,1963

N eville Goddard  – YOU CAN FORGIVE SIN “You Can Forgive Sin.” That, to most people, will be blasphemy as you will hear later on, quoting from scripture. It is so common among all of us to ascribe our ills and troubles to outward things – like the present conditions of the world, to our environment, or simply to things. And these things may be things that are absent from our world, or things we have in our world, but still things, while all along the real cause of our ills is sin. So we are told he was called Jesus because he came to save men from their sins; his only concern was the saving of men from sin. Now what is sin? Sin means “missing the mark,” missing the road, “missing the goal” in life. If you haven’t a mark you can’t sin. If you have a goal in this world and do not realize it and miss it, then you have sinned. So his purpose is to show man how not to sin in this world. No condemnation. Tell me you sin – tell me your goal, and I will tell you God’s word. That is what he...

THE SIN AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT Neville Goddard Lecture February 19, 1963

THE SIN AGAINST THE HOLY SPIRIT Neville Goddard Lecture February 19, 1963 Tonight we have as our subject, ‘The Sin Against the Holy Spirit.’ Undoubtedly you have heard unnumbered concepts of this statement from scripture. The most common interpretation is the violation of the sex act. But that is not my picture – not as it has been revealed to me. As I told you: the Bible is not something you can open up and read as you would a novel. It is a building on three levels. As you are told: ‘A three-fold cord is not quickly broken.’ I, personally, cannot conceive that you will violate and blaspheme against the Holy Spirit. I will give you my reason for it afterwards. So, if I can comfort you, may I tell you: don’t be anxious, that you will simply sin. Yes, we all sin every moment of time. But all sins are forgiven, all blasphemies are forgiven. The only blasphemy that cannot be forgiven is that against the Holy Spirit, as told in Matthew 12, Mark 3, and Luke 2. I find in the Book of Lu...

CHRIST IS YOUR LIFE – Neville Goddard Lecture October 1968

Image
Neville Goddard Lecture: CHRIST IS YOUR LIFE – October 1968 This teaching is essentially a revelation of the Risen Christ. I am not speaking of the life of any man between his physical birth and death, but of the Christ who has risen in me and who rises in all. I have no mental image of a being outside of my life, or yours. Paul tells us: “You have died, and your life is hid with Christ in God. When Christ who is our life appears, you will appear with him in glory.” (Col. 3:3,4) Here we see Paul equating your life with Christ. You are alive now, so what does Paul mean when he claims you have died? All of Paul’s letters equate death with a sleep so profound the past is forgotten. It is from the sleep of death he urges you to roust yourself from saying: “Awake O sleeper and rise from the dead.” The one and only Christ is your life. Now asleep in humanity, this power believes itself to be you. And when it awakens and rises in you, it is you who rise as Christ. God’s power and wisdom...

THE SOWER February 5, 1965 By Neville Goddard

THE SOWER February 5, 1965 By Neville Goddard Tonight’s subject is “The Sower.” You’ve all read about it in scripture. And a sower went forth to sow. He scattered his seed on a variety of soils and some were fertile, some were barren, some were highways, some were rocks, and so on (Luke 8:10). Tonight, let me say that every physical effect has a spiritual cause and not a physical. The physical cause only seems; it is a delusion. Everything that happens in our world comes into being because of a spiritual cause. And by spiritual let me say, not some strange thing that you’ve been taught to believe is spiritual…just sit quietly and imagine; that’s a spiritual act. You may not know that’s causation but that is causation. And when it happens in your world, because of the shortness of memory you may relate it to some physical event that preceded it and think that was the cause of it; and it isn’t so at all. Every physical event in the world has a spiritual cause and not a physical. Bu...
