Greater Than the Idea

 

To believe and know I am, 

so much greater than an idea, 

of where I think growing up,

knowingly who is the present me, 

being thinking scribing. 

To believe and know I am,
so much greater than an idea,
beyond any version of who I once thought I was.

I know who is present now
tis me that thinks, that breathes, that scribes,
tis me carrying the knowing living proof,

Being, thinking, scribing,
I witness myself becoming more real
than any memory,

more certain than any past name,

more alive than any idea ever claimed.
